A unique experience in the heart of Lisbon. Me and my daughters had a great stay, super friendly staff, super clean rooms with great area. The pool area is absolutely amazing with a big green area for the kids to play. Great food is served at the restaurant. For sure a great choice for a relaxed and fun holidays. Thank you to the Manager Duarte and Beatriz for taking such good care of me and family.

Besides the mold in our room and the hotel being a bit rundown I’d say it’s a killer location. Very safe to walk around and plenty of outdoor and indoor pool to enjoy. The food is good onsite and the staff is very friendly. I’m sure there are rooms without mold we just happen to get one with a lot. Looked like water damage from the roof as we were on the top floor

The staff at this location are consistently rude, and it’s clear that management has little regard for their customers’ experience. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, we ended up at a different hotel with better food and happy staff that smile. The experience we had was as follows: The first night we checked in, no issues, had to check out because of a different reservation due to our team, we ended up at the room next door on the second night without air conditioning, the next morning they found another room, but instead of accommodating us immediately, we had to wait until 4pm to check in, we came back late from our games to a room with a broken toilet. This whole time not even an apology for such bad service. This hotel, for what they charged is not worth even half, stay away and ignore the most likely fake 5 star reviews.
