Always come here whenever i go to monterrey , overall 5 star rooms are like any other, theyre nice. Room service is good, amazing food and amazing breakfast , free parking and good location
Like other's have said, the hotel is a little dated. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, but cleanliness has some issues. The bathroom's floor was dirty. On the upside, breakfast was excellent. Service is also great. I would mainly stay here again for the breakfast!
It is located in San Pedro very near the mall called Fashion Drive. The lobby is nice, the rooms at first glance look wonderful, but once you stay in it; some things just seem average. The safe in my room didn't work so I ask to have it fixed, and it took ages to send someone over to check. Front desk staff are friendly but, there seems to be a lack of staff or something. Rooms are clean, but both room service and the restaurant are expensive. Location is what makes it attractive but not their facilities. It is an average hotel with high tariffs.
