Great location for shopping, restaurants, business meetings. The lobby bar is a great place to relax and enjoy lovely cocktails. Outdoor seating is also available. Front desk & bell desk team are prompt and cheerful. Rooms are nice with spacious bathrooms. The gym is one of the largest anywhere. My wife and I stayed here twice within 10 days and it is now our first choice in Frankfurt.

This hotel is located in a prime spot, close to a subway station, a major shopping area, and numerous restaurants. The suite offers a beautiful view and ample space, making it a comfortable choice for travelers. The bathroom is particularly impressive, featuring a modern bidet that adds to the overall comfort of the room. While the services provided are generally good, we did encounter a minor issue with the in-room safe and bidet. We kindly requested the maintenance team to come and fix these problems, which they promptly attended to.

During our stay at the JW Marriott Hotel in Frankfurt this August, we encountered a significant issue that severely impacted the quality of our experience. The outdoor temperature during our visit was approximately 30°C, and one of the reasons we selected this property was the information provided at the time of booking, which stated that the hotel offers air conditioning with individual temperature control for each room. This was an important consideration for us when choosing accommodation, especially during the summer. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the temperature in the room could not be adjusted individually, as the air conditioning is centrally controlled by the hotel. This meant that we had no ability to set the temperature according to our personal comfort, which is contrary to the expectation created by the booking information. Consequently, we endured an uncomfortably warm night that disrupted our sleep and prevented us from getting the rest we needed. This is far below the standard of comfort one would expect from a hotel of JW Marriott’s reputation and category. We reported the issue to Mr. Mustafa at the reception desk the following morning. While he could not resolve the underlying problem due to the hotel’s centralized air conditioning system, he was exceptionally attentive, courteous, and honest in addressing our concerns. His professionalism and genuine empathy were greatly appreciated, and we would like to acknowledge the outstanding service he personally provided. That said, the situation raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the information presented to potential guests and the hotel’s ability to meet the standards of comfort and autonomy in room climate control that are expected from a luxury property. We believe it is essential for the hotel to either ensure that guests truly have individual control over room temperature or to clearly state the limitations of the current system in all booking channels, in order to avoid misleading expectations and future dissatisfaction.
