My first time in Riyadh was so comfortable and pleasant because I got to stay in this hotel! I got a room upgrade which was great, everything was clean and of exceptional quality! The bed was SO COMFORTABLE!!! I loved the bathroom as well, restocked (and of-course cleaned) daily!! Unfortunately not all staff speak English but we understood eachother in the end. 😅 Special thanks to the staff of the 14th floor restaurant, food was excellent and the waiters and waitresses were so friendly and helpful! I recommend their ginger cinnamon tea 🫖♥️ Next time I will definitely stay here again! See you soon! ☺️🙏🏻
The hotel is very clean and the staff are super friendly, the only comment I could have is the water heater that doesn't last more than 5 to 7 mins max. I appreciate the support of Mohammed, Tariq, the receptionists they are always helpful and provide instant support when needed! Overall, worth the cost and very good location, and most importantly it is always neat!
I used the lounge on 16 Feb 2025 between 6-9:30 pm. The view from the lounge is fantastic. However, it was the worst customer service I have experienced so far and in particular by the manager of the lounge. We sat there ordered Shisha, tea, water and food. Despite calling the manager twice to come and see us he ignored our calls and went to sit with his friends at one table. It was all to do with bad management of both staff and customers by the manager. I hope that something is done about it before losing more customers. You definitely lost 3 good customers tonight no thanks to your new manager. Thank you.
