MSK Superior

Stayed in a family room for 4. The room are decent size and livable. The toilet is rather small and drainage is not good. The WiFi is decent with smart tv. Location is near eateries and in between 2 underground stations. The minus points are 1. No or lack power points in the double bed room. 2. Noise insulation is not great 3. Housekeeping non-existent, just replace towels and clear rubbish. 4. Kitchen lacks cleaning towel and instructions on how to use the microwave. 5. The yard area isn't much used with table and chair.

We stayed for 3 nights. The staff were nice and It's OK, but they're missing simple things that make it annoying: No hand or tea towels - Why? The TV is fixed in a location you could never actually watch it, outside the bathroom door (rather than in front of the beds) - Why? There's no drainer for a bit of washing up, or a pot to put the cutlery into, the bin was broken...simple stuff to fix. You should't have to go to a 4* accomadation and need to go out and buy a tea towel. There's other places to stay..go there.

This is for MSK Superior which is basically the same hotel. WARNING: DO NOT STAY AT THIS hotel!! Abysmal experience!!! Stayed for 1 night with a young child. NO SOUNDPROOF at all - between 11PM-3AM? There were extremely loud noises coming from the room above—heavy walking, dragging and dropping suitcases, banging, and other disturbing sounds. It felt like the ceiling might collapse. The soundproofing in the room was non-existent; I could hear everything clearly, including conversations from the guests upstairs. I am almost certain this does not meet the basic standards for sound insulation in hotel accommodations. In addition to the serious issue of noise, I would also like to point out other issues in the room: (1) Severely rusted towel warmer rack in the bathroom (2) Severely rusted water tap in the bathroom sink (3) Mold growing on the shower wall (4) Dirty toilet bowl (5) Moldy and unclean window. SO BY all MEANS DON'T BOOK this hotel!
