Mukarnas Spa Resort

We loved our stay at Mukarnas, nothing was too much trouble. The room was great, the food was great but the staff were the most impressive. Every single member of staff from cleaners to bar staff to the entertainment staff went out of their way to make sure you were having the best time. Special mention to Burak who was so friendly and attentive and looked after us whilst we played cards in the Lobby most evenings. Umut from the entertainment team also made sure he really looked after the two young boys and they really appreciated that. We would definitely come again and highly recommend this hotel to others. Fun, relaxing, safe and friendly.

Mukarnas Hotel, with its location and natural beauty, is truly attractive and a desirable place to stay. One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its excellent position and the opportunity to experience both serenity and tranquility that the area offers. Generally, the hotel staff are very friendly, helpful, and well-intentioned towards guests. They respond politely and sincerely to any problems or requests. The receptionists, in particular, are caring and professional, and they exhibit genuine and warm behavior while attending to guests. These staff members are among the hotel’s greatest assets and try to enhance guest satisfaction. However, unfortunately, the staff working at the hotel’s market can overshadow this positive image. The attitude of the market employees is really poor, and this behavior negatively affects the overall quality and customer satisfaction. These workers tend to be indifferent, arrogant, and disrespectful. They often display rude and impolite behavior towards customers. Considering themselves superior, they ignore guests' requests and remain indifferent. This situation seriously impacts the atmosphere of the hotel and causes guests to feel undervalued.

Our stay at Mukarnas Spa Resort Hotel was overall very pleasant. The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly attitude of the staff made our vacation even more enjoyable. We would like to especially thank the staff at the reception; they were very helpful and allowed us to check in early. The evening animation shows were quite impressive. The food was sufficient and delicious. We had no issues regarding cleanliness, and we were very satisfied in that regard. However, the only negative experience we had during our stay was at the hotel’s market. The inflatable mattress we bought for our children lost air shortly after purchase. When we informed the market staff, they claimed the damage was our fault and refused to exchange the product. When we decided to buy the same item again and asked for a small discount, they responded rudely and said, "If you don’t like it, buy it somewhere else." So, we bought the same product from the shop just outside the hotel — and it was even cheaper. This situation was both disappointing and surprising for us. Apart from this small inconvenience, our time at the hotel was very pleasant and relaxing. We would like to thank all the attentive staff for their efforts.
