I had the pleasure of being served by Henri, and I must say he is an exceptional waiter. From the moment we arrived, he was professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. His knowledge of the menu, warm attitude, and ability to anticipate our needs made the entire dining experience truly enjoyable. It's rare to come across someone who combines efficiency with such genuine hospitality. Henri went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended – a true asset to any restaurant!

We stayed for 5 nights at Mulaj and all round it was a pleasant experience. The hotel helped us arrange transfer, which came in handy when we were 3 hours delayed. Very sweet and helpful staff throughout the stay. We stayed at 14th floor with a balcony facing the building next door. We had great views of the mountains in one direction and the city in the other. Room was quite nice. The hotel is very close to many many restaurants, and even though it's a lively neighborhood, the hotel is a bit off, with close to no traffic and without too much noise. Really nice breakfast where especially the fresh pressed orange juice sticks with me. Staff was friendly and made us cappuccinos. Would recommend this hotel for friends and family

We had such a great experience thanks to our waiter henry! He was incredibly kind, genuinely funny, and impressively polite throughout the entire evening. He made us feel right at home and added such a warm, personal touch to our dinner. You could tell he really enjoyed what he was doing. On top of that, he turned out to be a big sports fan, which made for some really fun and lively conversation at the table. It was like chatting with an old friend! He had the perfect balance of professionalism and personality. If you ever get the chance to be served by him — you’re in for a treat. Highly recommended!
