This place is in a good location and quiet at night, so it is comfortable to rest. There is also an elevator that can accommodate two people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a simple meal. The reception is not open 24 hours, but they are very friendly. If only the bed mattress will be better, I would come back and stay here.

We booked a studio through Booking.com, advertised as having 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. Upon arrival, we were assigned a studio with 1 sofa bed and 2 bunk beds. We immediately informed the receptionist, showing our reservation details on the Booking app, which clearly stated the promised accommodation. The receptionist insisted the sofa bed was the double bed, which was inaccurate. Another staff member was called, who confirmed the assigned studio was correct and suggested we pay extra for a different room, despite our booking already covering the advertised studio. As this was our first trip with our infant, a double bed was essential for our needs, making the assigned studio unsuitable. We were forced to book alternative accommodation last minute. The next day, the property canceled our stay, charging us the full amount for the reservation (minus cleaning fee), and preventing us from leaving a review on Booking.com. We sought a refund through Booking.com and directly with the property, but the property never acknowledged the mix-up or responded to refund requests, as confirmed by Booking.com customer service. We also requested the company’s legal details, which should be publicly available, but were only told the property is managed from Italy and no details were provided. Additionally, we requested at least 7 times, over the course of 1 month, both via Booking.com’s email to the property and Booking.com customer service, the invoice for the amount charged, which is a legal right, but never received it. The last response from Booking.com customer service, nearly a month ago, stated the property would provide the invoice “that same day or very soon,” which has not happened. The staff was unhelpful, and communication was challenging. Except for the receptionist, most staff spoke limited English and, at times, refused to communicate except in Italian, which we do not speak. We provided proof, including reservation details and photos of the booked studio. We later noticed other Booking.com reviews mentioning similar issues with mismatched accommodations, both upgrades and downgrades.
