Munamar Beach Hotel All Inclusive

Great looking hotel and great location but will not be returning. The air conditioning in the room we stayed in was very poor and noisey and had stains on the carpet upon arriving. The WiFi was terrible and never worked longer than 1 minute before having to try and log back in. There was no entertainment that was advertised and also the price of the safe was more than advertised. There was a few members of the younger staff who did their best to help and keep guests happy but unfortunately the senior members of the hotel were very abrupt and not welcoming at all. The senior members/managers definitely need to learn more about hospitality. Also the food that was on for the all inclusive guests was just horrible and the same every other day. My partner and I only ate at the hotel a few times in 7 days

Very Disappointing – Definitely Not a 4-Star Hotel This hotel absolutely does not deserve its 4-star rating. The rooms are old, poorly maintained, and far from what you’d expect from a supposedly high-standard hotel. Instead of providing a proper room for four people, the reception added a portable bed, and if you want to sleep on a slightly more comfortable sofa, they ask for extra payment – which is absurd. The food is very basic, even worse than what you’d find in 4-star hotels in Tunisia or even Morocco. Definitely not up to par. What made things worse was the so-called "welcome" from a man trying to sell excursions at prices 3 times higher than what you can easily find online or even at local roadside agencies. It's incredibly frustrating how locals seem to try to scam you at every turn – even something as simple as buying a bag of chips becomes an unpleasant experience. The only people who seemed to care and do their job properly were the waiters – they were kind and professional, and I give them credit for that. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting true 4-star quality.

Staff poorly speaking English towels and covers supposed to be changed every 3 days mine was changed after 4th only because I told that in reception food was not very good every day all the same dishes clearly you can see the meals was made from leftovers from previous meals also amount of alcohol in cocktails was very little and if you ask for double shots of alcohol they can’t do it because managers was keep checking on them Wii-fii was available just very slow and keep disconnecting devices I was asking for plastic tableware for a baby and Cutlery they don’t have all high chairs with out straps I will not recommend that hotel to anyone
