Munich Deluxe Hotel

Very nice room a bit small but overall clean and well organized with everything inside. The breakfast was a buffet very tasty and good. Not a lot of variety of food but tasty and good enough with very gentle and kind staff at the breakfast. The location is great, near the main train and bus station and close to the old town and touristic area. The staff at the lobby were just average and what is weird is the fact that the lobby and breakfast are in a building with a bar and then the rooms are in a different building that you reach by getting out of the lobby's building and walking like a minute on the street. But yeah overall a great experience.

The room, other than being small, really smelled like sewers. The bed was quite uncomfortable with almost empty pillows and weirdly short blankets that covered only half of the bed. The street where the hotel is located is a bit noisy. Unfortunately I couldn't try the breakfast, since it was impossible to pay by card due to technical problems. The receptionist wasn't particularly helpful nor friendly in that instance.

Room was small but was expecting that but god the smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. Also room service came and didn’t empty out the rubbish. We where on the 3rd floor and the elevator button wasn’t working properly
