Staff was excellent, very good service, Cottage was amazing for our family, separate bedroom & living room was helped us for accommodate 5 of us. It was difficult to find an accommodation for 5 us in a room (Me, wife & 3 daughter). But luckily we found these resort and reservation team promised to provide 02 Extra Bed with Cot. Loved the stay.. Thanks to whole staff, especially the lady supervisor in house keeping. Definitely we will comeback...
We have booked a hotel at munnat town, but food was totally worst. So we have first enquire about food quality with this resort, Mr. Mani (Manager) assured about the quality, but we were a little worried about the old reviews. I hope management has take a great decision. Mr. Ram (chef - newly joined) made a great job and provided a wonderful dinner in varieties. We loved it. Highly recommend place with beautiful view. We have taken family cottage, Room 301 is highly recommend. Staff was amazing, very much coordinating with our requirment. Only one thing we felt our stay was only one night. All the best to team Tea Hills... 🩵
I recently stayed at Munnar Tea Hills Resort and while the location nestled amidst the serene tea plantations is undoubtedly beautiful, the overall experience was a bit underwhelming considering the price. The complimentary breakfast was average — though it covered the basics, it seriously lacked variety. If you’re staying for more than a night or two, it quickly becomes repetitive. The rooms are spacious, which is a plus, but the layout is slightly inconvenient — with the bedroom on the upper floor and the bathroom on the ground floor, it’s not ideal, especially during the night. The kids' play area was a disappointment. It was poorly maintained and almost completely non-functional during our visit, which was a letdown for families with children. The indoor recreation room also seemed neglected and lacked proper upkeep. One thing I noticed was that most of the guests seemed to be part of conducted tour groups, which gave the resort more of a transit feel rather than a place for relaxed, quality stay. Overall, while the setting is peaceful and scenic, the resort doesn't quite deliver on value for money. A bit more attention to maintenance and guest experience could definitely elevate the stay.
