Muong Thanh Grand Da Nang Hotel

The hotel was fine overall, but the lobby was extremely hot and not ventilated. They were severely understaffed and even though there were 5 lifts in the place, they took forever to get to the floor. However, the room size was excellent, they were very spacious. The location of the hotel was also nice, with a direct view of the dragon bridge from one of our rooms. Overall, it was an okay hotel.

Mường Thanh Grand Đà Nẵng Hotel… nothing GRAND at all! This hotel boast that it’s a 4-star hotel, but don’t be fooled by it’s nice facade… When we arrived, the lobby was HOT! It took us forever to be checked-in and was given a double room instead of a triple room which we needed to go down to have the room key swapped. The elevator was turtle paced which again took us forever to go down and finally be settled in our room. We requested for additional pillow and have to be followed ur several times, and finally it got to us just before midnight when we are about to sleep. The next day before we head our for our itinerary, we turned on the MAKE UP ROOM sign and expected that the room be cleaned and amenities replenished when we get back. After 8 hours of going around Danang under the scorching heat, we got back to the hotel wanting to relax and found out that the room wasn’t cleaned. We have to call the front desk several times, even spoke to the manager which took again forever just to have it cleaned. Well, the hotel was very consistent though, FOR NOT CLEANING THE ROOMS, as it happened again on the third day. We gave up, and just wanted to rest without having the room made up. Are we going back to Danang? Yes we are, but definitely would not stay in this 4-star hotel. Wait, 4-star? I think it doesn’t even deserve even a 1, it’s a POOR-star hotel.

Quite possibly the worst hotel I've ever been to. It's not 4 star. Far from 4 star. The rooms are dirty. The air conditioning doesn't work. We had to leave. DO NOT STAY HERE
