amazing is all I have to say, best location, amazingly good quality rooms

Hotel is OK, but we were very disapponted with their pricing policy. We arrived yesterday without a reservation and asked for a double room for the same day, and we were charged 54 Eur. After a few minutes I checked on Booking and saw a price of 42 Eur for the exact same room and same conditions. I went to reception to ask an explanation, and they said Booking price was a promotion. I showed to them it was not any promotion, it was the normal Booking price, but they refused to compensate any difference. I have been travelling in many countries for many many years, and never before saw before a situation like this for hotels pricing. Very disappointing !
