Muong Thanh Luxury Buon Ma Thuot

Spent two nights here whilst attending a wedding in Buon Ma Thuot - definitely was the best looking hotel in town! Very good rooms, very good service and compared to other hotels I heard about people staying at it was free of mosquitos and a lot more comfortable.

This is my second time at the hotel (first time was 4-5 years ago) and I can easily confirm that it’s one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in terms of the service and management. Strong smell of sugar era everywhere. Even I’m a smoker, it’s impossible to stay at the room with such a strong smell. Internet is not working. They even charged me for a bottle of drinking water even the sign at the room says that the water is complimentary

Terrible hotel. I don't understand why they allow people to smoke at air-conditioned - common event areas and even well prepared cigarettes bins for to support this action. This is because company even, but i will never consider to step my foot here or make any booking at this place
