Muong Thanh Luxury Ha Long Centre Hotel

Not enough elevators, the wait is horrendous to get to anywhere. 5 star hotel but they don’t even have shampoo!! Even a 2 star hotel provides this basic necessity. No extra toilet paper in room - not even one roll. Pool has nice view but people smoking all over , there’s no sign telling guests not to smoke in public area. Overall lots of room for improvement.

I wouldn't stay at this hotel. The elevators are always crowded, and one of them was broken when I left. The breakfast is alright, but the same food every day gets boring. The receptionist is also terrible. P/s: I stayed with my son at this hotel from Jun 27 to July 2, 2025. Therefore, I know exactly how this hotel was. There was nothing misunderstandings here. The receptionist needs to get more training for sure, especially when people need to get a quick check out.

If you like screaming kids running everywhere with no adult control or supervision, bad food and awful service, this is the place for you. The noise levels in the lobby alone go way above anything I have ever suffered before. The staff don’t say anything to the adults by way of controlling their children. Not a place for peace and quiet. The few days spent were ruined.
