We booked into the hotel, arriving shortly after midnight on day 1 of Tet. The staff were gracious and helpful for check-in despite the late time, and we enjoyed excellent luggage service to our room. Although we never used room service, there was a lot of well-priced choices. We were met with a platter of fresh fruit, and each day were provided water bottles, tea and coffee. The king sized bed was very comfortable. Breakfasts at the hotel were exceptional. There were a wide variety of dishes to choose from, including some traditional Vietnamese rice pancakes, eggs made any way you choose, salads, fruits, pastries and toast, tea and coffee. Despite being very busy on some days, the staff kept dishes well-supplied. Our room was very comfortable with seating and table, with a view to the Nhat Le river and beach. The bathroom was excellent, and service of the rooms discrete and careful. The toiletries provided were nice to use. We stayed 5 nights at this exceptional hotel. We found the staff really friendly and helpful, providing us with help with buses, and bike rentals. We were well located to walk to many local sites, like the riverfront, beach, and the citadel, where we enjoyed some of the Tet celebrations. Overall, I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

5-star Hotel has not a pool inside the bulding. There is an alternative small pool of another hotel adjacent 🙈
