My room didn't seem very clean. It looks a bit old. The sink area is rusted, and it's everywhere. The pool is very nice. Staffs are nice. Breakfast is a bit boring. We got three pairs of flip-flops with three different colors and sizes lol
Very disappointed with this hotel, staff were not helpful and breakfast was very average for Westerners, clearly only interested in catering for Asians. I was hoping to relax and enjoy the pool, well that didn't happen, as the pool was full of asian kids having swimming lessons and being noisy (obviously from outside and not guests) Thinking on the second day I would try again, but NO as full of kids. I went down and complained to the manager - saying that guests of the hotel should be able to enjoy the pool, but that fell on deaf ears. It was occupied for more than 3 hours, didn't even attempt to go the 3rd afternoon. Also not close to town
I visited the massage service on the 4th floor of Muong Thanh Luxury Saigon Hotel with the genuine intention of receiving a professional and relaxing massage. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. The lady assigned to me appeared to have little to no massage skills, and instead of focusing on providing the service I had paid for, she made inappropriate offers, suggesting sexual services in exchange for additional tips. I made it very clear that I was not interested in such services and only wanted a proper massage. After I refused, her attitude changed, and she began to behave rudely and unprofessionally. Feeling uncomfortable, I requested to change to another staff member, as I had been told before the service started that staff changes were possible. However, my request was denied. Eventually, another male staff member came over and insisted that changing the therapist was not possible, contradicting what had been said earlier. As a result, despite paying for a full 75 minute massage session, I left after only about 20 minutes because I was no longer comfortable continuing. This was extremely disappointing for me as a paying customer who simply wanted a professional massage service. I believe that such behavior seriously damages the reputation of the hotel, and I strongly urge the management to address this matter immediately to ensure other guests do not face the same unpleasant experience in the future.
