I have been there in Jan2024, this hotel is quite far from CBD but it is near thai supermarket, Sanam Luang, luxury products, imported producted, and korean restaurants, including laos massage shops. I like local environment atmosphere. Quite enjoyed my stay there, serving korean breakfast. Good to stay, quiet and clean room provided.
Nice hotel, we enjoyed having a city view and room was very comfortable. I can understand some of the reviews that say nice service and communication with the staff. We feel very comfortable with the hotel music. The hotel WIFI also easy to access and strong connection
I wonder why this hotel is 5-star rated. This is among the unpleasant hotels I had ever stayed in. I was on a business trip and stayed there for 8 nights (in October 2024). Rooms are moderately designed; housekeeping did not sweep or vacuum the floor; iron, iron board, laundry forms and bags were not provided in the room; plain and very limited choices for breakfast; and sluggish service, of which, I had to remind them a few times. To be fair, some of the staff were friendly and some weren’t. Trust me, I will not stay at this hotel again if I were to go back to Vientiane!
