The rooms are large, but mostly smoky. Even some floors smell of tobacco. The room has a bathroom, clean, coffee, tea, water. The staff cleans the property every day and changes towels. Everyone is friendly. We lived here because it was more convenient to get to production outside the city. Very far from European cafes and from the center. Breakfast is monotonous. There was Russian salad, but it doesn't have the right ingredients. There should be: boiled potatoes, boiled carrots, pickles, boiled eggs, boiled sausage or chicken, canned green peas.

The air conditioning unit is underperforming, producing an incessant and disruptive noise that shatters the tranquility of the night, making it exceedingly difficult for me to achieve restful sleep. To add to the distress, there is an unpleasant odor emanating from the unit, rendering the environment uncomfortable and uninviting.

worst hotel I've ever been to, I don't understand why they are rated 4 stars, the front desk is a mess, they can't control their work, and check-in takes a lot of time, the room here is just like a house break, lack of water and towels, the air conditioner is loud, making me lose sleep. Actually, there must be no general manager here, or they are incompetent, I will never return to this place, everyone. People should consider making reasonable choices
