MUR Hotel Neptuno Gran Canaria Adults Only

We have stayed here for 10 nights and have really enjoyed our stay. The food has been excellent with a lot of choice. The pool area has a good number of loungers that are managed (so people can’t hold them with towels easily). The pool is well maintained and has a bar next to it for drinks and lunch. The service from staff in all areas of the hotel is excellent. The receptionist who checked us in (Carolina) was very friendly and helpful. Staff are quick to clear plates and glasses and are very polite. The room was a little basic, but very clean (including the bathroom), with a decent balcony area. Rooms cleaned everyday to a good standard. The hotel is well located to key attractions, such as the Yumbo Centre, and you can easily catch buses to other parts of the island from stops that are less than 10 minutes from the hotel door. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for singles and couples. If you are LGBT, the hotel and island are very safe and welcoming, with a vibrant gay scene. We would stay here again.

From arrival to departure this hotel is a 5-star. The staff are wonderful; a special thank you to Maria and Carol and all the restaurant and pool bar staff. I went to Neptuno to spend time with my mom and for us to celebrate my birthday. My mother had told the staff it was my birthday and i had a wonderful surprise on the morning at breakfast. The table was dressed up, and I got a hug from Maria and Carol and was made to feel very welcome. The stay was amazing; the rooms were very clean. Thank you to Vanessa for cleaning the room and keeping it beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel for food, drink and service. I will definitely come back. Also a thank you carolina the receptionist who supported me and mom with information.

Food is good lots to choose from. The room is quiet if you keep your balcony door shut as there's music at night. Very clean rooms the fridge is one of the first that I've had that works properly. It's the first time I've never worn my ear plugs at a hotel. The location is right next to the jumbo centre with lots of food and shops there. It's located on a slight hill, so be careful if you're not good on your feet but still accessible. The hotel has lots of steps inside something to consider when choosing this hotel the staff are very nice and helpful. I had a massage in the hotel, which was excellent. If you go at a special event time the noise in the jumbo centre can be loud and last way into the early hours of the morning. But they can be very good, so join in. On your second visit. You'll be given a dressing gown and slippers to use and an invite to a cocktail event. I was going to go again, but it has gone very pricey, nearly doubled in price, which is a shame. But it's still one of the best hotels I've been in
