it's great actually. clean bedroom and good view. the only downside is they don't give me access to elevator. for people who wants to enjoy Istiklal street, it's good choice
There is no cleaning service. When we arrive we found room dirty. The bathroom is disgusting, when you have a shower bathroom becomes a flood. No commodities and facilites. Staff very un profesional. For me it deserves 1 star. I strongly do not recommend this "hotel".
Horrible hotel. Shower was broken. Didn't serve us breakfast even though they said breakfast is included at the time of booking. Nobody knew how to speak English. So difficult to communicate. Pathetic service.
