Murat Hotel

Best people ever. I have been in this hotel in 2010 and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff was very friendly, gentle and kind. I would love to visit it once more.

When I arrived the receptionist neither did know nor understand, that my room was pre-booked. He was not serviceminded, but at least, when he helped me with my panniers. The breakfast was in another hotel, around 700m away. For that, I did get a "bracelet" of the receptionist, which he fastened around my wrist. The handle of the outdoor stairs was broken, which I only could discover, when I took in it. It didn't feel save to use it. The room was dark, the lights didn't make it much better. The bathroom was as little as possible. I didn't take a shower, because I was afraid, that the whole bathroom floor would get wet. There was a TV, which must have been really old. I didn't care about it, because I usually don't watch TV. I bought a bottle of water of the receptionist for the night. It took time, before he came with it and in my room I discovered, that the look was not sealed. I think, he re-filled a bottle from such a big water dispensar.

Don’t believe any good reviews here. I’m sure all good reviews done by owner family and friends !!! They got me. Unfortunately it’s not true . Awful hotel ruined out holidays plans and got terribly sick .This hotel should not be allowed! Rooms are like basements , old , dirty , dark, smelly, small can’t even open a suitcase More important is a food ! Everyone got sick at the first day of our arrival. I think they collect left overs from somewhere and fry it in a lot of oil and serve . Black naggets , rice mixed with spaghetti . Food for a pigs not for people . Everyone angry and everyone get sick 🤢. We had to leave on the second day and book another hotel . Paid twice unfortunately. If you think it’s ok I can do it I just need a bed to sleep . No, you won’t be able to do it i promise . Better to sleep on the street .
