Pros: Pretty welcoming and luxurious hotel, the interior is really beautiful, pool is pretty satisfactory as well as the outside area and playground. Cons: Pool reception and locker rooms poorly managed, no hair dryers except for some weird old non functional machines, outside 'jacuzzi' is really cold, inside jacuzzi is really HOT and it doesnt work like jacuzzi at all, its more like a hot tub (no movement in the water). Nobody here speaks english at an understandable level. Water, coffee and juice machines never work properly or at all. Pretty poor selection of food compared to other hotels. The pool receptionist is never really there or just hanging around with his co-workers so you have to figure everything out yourself.

The room was okay, but everything else was a disaster. The hotel was packed to the maximum, but there was only one elevator for all guests, and just a few staff members who were extremely unprofessional. They spoke to us informally, and I waited over 10 minutes just to get one beer. The restaurant was overcrowded, with people queueing up for food. The hotel infrastructure is not suitable for that many guests. There is only one small pool inside, which is far from enough, and the water turned green. The spa area was overcrowded, and the parking lot was full. We used less than 50% of what we had paid for. On top of that, there was loud music and shouting from the restaurant until 3 AM, which made it impossible to rest. Our room key card barely worked—maybe 1 in 20 tries—and at one point, random people entered our room because they were told it was theirs. We’ve never experienced anything like this before. We are extremely disappointed and will definitely not return.
