Optimal compromise berween cost and services... really kind customer service by phone

I'll probably be blocked by the provider after this report about my experience, but that's okay. We (my wife and I) have now been guests at Haus Muschelsucher 4 times, but what happened in April 2025 is incredible. My wife was in apartment 1 with her mother over Easter and told them twice that the television wasn't working properly, they told her that they were looking into the problem and everything was sorted out. A week later my wife and I were back in apartment 1 and found that the problem had not yet been solved. We spoke to the gentlemen on the phone every day and unfortunately there was never a solution and every time we had to explain what the problem was. On April 29th we called again and this time a lady answered the phone. We then had to explain to this woman what the problem was. When I asked if they didn't have a program where complaints were documented, what kind of complaints there were or if people didn't talk to each other in her office, I was told that it was none of her business what kind of programs we were working with and she simply hung up. Unfortunately I had to give one star for service because even this star is too much. Cleanliness is an issue that everyone sees differently, you have to be honest that this is not a 5 star accommodation and if you clean a little yourself that's ok too. The inventory could be replaced, especially the beds. Regarding the location, I think it's great, it's not far to Norddeich to the beach and if you have the windows closed you can't hear anything from outside. Unfortunately, I have to say that it was the last time because the feeling that you should just pay and the customer's concerns don't matter and are ignored doesn't suit me.

Not recommended for longer stays The room may be adequate for a short stay, but unsuitable for longer stays. The kitchenette is extremely small and located under a sloping roof – overall, everything seems very spartanly furnished. Communication with the provider was difficult: We received neither emails nor information about check-in – only a phone call provided clarity. The rooms are very noisy, and the walls to the neighboring rooms are extremely thin – anyone looking for a restful night's sleep here will rely on very quiet neighbors. There's also room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. The beds were saggy, and the entire furnishings appeared very worn.
