We ran into an unfortunate situation but the hotel team here was extremely professional, supportive and empathetic. The driver (not related to the hotel) who drove us here tried to scam us, asking for 350gel from the airport despite saying that he would match the bolt price of 25gel & also called the police to come when we refused to pay the ridiculous 350 amount. The hotel team consistently reassured us through the ordeal & helped to translate the situation when the police came, and all was good in the end. Their kind & timely assistance was very much appreciated. Location of the hotel is fantastic as well, with very clean room & a patio.
Fantastic stay at Museum Hotel! Beautiful design, comfortable rooms, and a great location. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Everything felt well thought out and stylish. Would definitely stay here again!
We stayed here about a month ago with our baby. The hotel's location is amazing, you can walk to most of the touristic places. The hotel crew was very friendly and speak good English. Rooms are well decorated and pretty clean. We received a baby bed and the sheets were so cute. Breakfast had lots of varieties of food and you can enjoy the breakfast while listening to a pianist playing live. Overall, full recommendation for this hotel!
