To the owner: Hello, we made a reservation in May for November 4. We did not receive a confirmation number or an email. My credit card was charged the entire amount. Can someone please respond to my email concerning this matter. I have sent multiple emails now.
Outstanding. Wonderful, spacy rooms with private rotenburos. Pricy but every Yen worth it.
Excellent location and services, highly recommend! However there are several areas of improvement, 1) add a clothes rack at the entrance of the house, there is nowhere to hang our clothes on the main floor, 2) add an instruction to operation of the heater, we are not japanese local and spent some time to understand there is a switch on the wall to turn on the gas ! 3) would be better if you can provide choices of western / meat menu, particularly for guests who stay several nights all fish menu may not suit all. Overall a very pleasant experience staying here !
