Absolutely loved this place! The food was incredibly fresh and full of flavor — you can really taste the quality in every bite. Even though the restaurant was super busy, the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed and provided top-notch service with a smile. Definitely one of the best Mexican spots I’ve been to. Highly recommend! Thank you tidjane
We were worried about the reviews regarding the noise and the stealing some people reported in their reviews. We were happy with our room. The lady that was cleaning was coming every day to clean. We had nothing missing from the room. The hotel on our side was quiet even if we had a few young boys from Scotland next to us, they were quiet and respectful. The food was nice and we liked the option to dine in different restaurants on our stay. We tried the sushi, italian, grill and mexican and the food was lovely.
We arrived at the hotel around 2pm, we then had to check in to our room and this took just under an hour to do so, as the Que was so long and only 2 staff behind the desk. We eventually checked in and was told we needed to wait a further 20 minutes for our room to be ready. When we eventually found our room it was really nice, but we got lucky being on the top floor, just watch your steps thought as ants love this hotel. Make sure to pack ear buds as there is constant music blasting out from other rooms. If you want a sun bed make sure to set your alarm for 6am otherwise you’re not getting one. Oh and if you want a towel you have to pay €50 for 4 days!! We were then told you need to book into the all inclusive restaurants so we went and did that… but they were all fully booked apart from 2(the Tapas and Italian) later in the week we arrived at the tapas restaurant and saw there was about 5 items on the menu and the food looked bland and just not nice, so we left there before we’d even sat down, however the Italian was lovely. The majority of staff looked like they didn’t want to be there and I can’t blame them. So yes a nightmare trip but the company I was with made up for it. I 100% would not recommend staying here and I definitely won’t be returning.
