Mutuo Vive

This hotel is more like an apartment. Nothing fancy, no pool no gym but with a very modern ambiance. Lots of public space in and around the hotel. Location is kind of away from the tourist area which I like. Quiet at night , area feels safe with a few small cafe/restaurants within walking distance. Bathroom had no soap when we got here the first day which should’ve been prepared, had to ask to have that addressed. Other than that the hotel is good. I would stay here again if I come back to Guadalajara in the future

‼️‼️ Room was dirty and unsanitary 😷🤢 I left in the middle of the night on the first night. Check your beds and make sure they’re not full of hairs or deeply wrinkled to make sure they’re freshly washed. Don’t sit on the couch if you don’t want to get sick from all of the stains on it. And don’t look under the toilet or sink for your own sake. They denied my refund request after not staying there the 4 nights. They know exactly what they did and denied to help me. Cheaper is not always the best and this is a prime example to myself and people reading this. Do not have a bad time like I did by coming here 🤝 PS. The people who rated this place good are bots. My sister was changed into 2 other rooms and they all were dirty too. We had to leave since there was no more rooms. They are not good business people and said it was nonrefundable reservation. Had we known it was unsanitary to be here we would’ve gladly went somewhere else to begin with.

Don’t let this hotel fool you. This hotel looks very nice and modern from the outside but it’s very filthy. My husband and I were excited for our stay here but it ended up being the worst hotel we have ever stayed. After a late night out in the city, we headed back to our room when we discovered hairs under the sheets and stains all over the couch and bed sheets. The restroom was also filthy with hairs under the sink. We are very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. What makes it more disappointing is that they did not want to give us a refund even though we didn’t stay at this hotel. Worst hotel ever! I do not recommend to anyone staying in Guadalajara.
