I had a good experience in this hotel. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. The high-quality breakfast stood out, and the restaurant offered the best cod I've had in Portugal – impressive presentation and perfect preparation. The room provided a beautiful view, though the bathroom lacked some privacy. While the spa is simple, it was enjoyable. Overall, I recommend this establishment."

Excellent short stay here in one of their suite rooms which had windows on 3 sides and views and balcony over the valley and vineyards. Predominantly Portuguese guests when we stayed which was reassuring and staff very friendly and wanting to help. We had an issue on one night with an exceptionally long wait for food but the staff recognised that and addressed it more than satisfactorily during our stay. Outdoor area around the pool was also nice to enjoy some sun and relaxation. Location is quite remote but then benefits from stunning views over the vineyards and valley below. Food was of a high standard including the breakfast. Facilities also included gym, indoor pool and spa treatments.

On a two week trip across Spain and Portugal, the two nights spent in this hotel were a highlight. I can't recommend this place enough. We were a bit weary from our travels and this hotel was exactly what we needed. Claudio met all of our needs and more! All staff were excellent and extremely kind and friendly. The view from this property is what it's all about! And this hotel allows you to "feel" that view. Highly recommend!
