My Beach Resort Phuket

I recently stayed at My Beach Resort while recovering from surgery in Thailand, and I truly couldn't have asked for a more beautiful or supportive place to heal. The Ocean View Room was absolutely stunning — waking up every morning to that peaceful view of the water was honestly one of the highlights of my trip. The room was spacious, spotless, and designed with so much attention to detail. The bed was super comfortable (which was a lifesaver during recovery), and I loved having my own little balcony to enjoy the fresh air. But what really made this stay so special was the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was cared for, and it honestly meant the world to me — especially travelling alone for surgery. Because I couldn’t make it down to the restaurant, they brought breakfast to my room every day, always with a smile. They checked in on me daily to make sure I was okay. The cleaners were so kind — they even replaced the flower in my room each day, which was such a small but thoughtful touch that really lifted my spirits. At my request, the staff would let themselves in to bring my meals right to my bed, and always asked if there was anything else they could do to help before quietly leaving me to rest. Their care, kindness, and respect made me feel safe, supported, and so much less alone during what could’ve been a really tough time. The food and drinks were delicious — even with my limited post-surgery appetite, I really enjoyed everything I tried. It was such a comfort having yummy meals brought straight to me without any stress. The location is peaceful and private — perfect if you're after a quiet spot to relax, whether you're on holiday or recovering from medical treatment. I can’t thank the team enough — I’ll definitely be back (hopefully under less medical circumstances next time 😄).

The breakfast was decent, offering a variety of options to start the day, I feel there could be a bit more variety in the offerings to elevate the overall experience. They also have an application for the hotel which made communication super easy between guests and the reception and the hotel. Overall, this resort is a wonderful choice for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of the ocean with comfortable, well-maintained rooms and a peaceful atmosphere.
