Good hotel with all basic amenities,neat and clean rooms, and budget friendly , nice staff (Abhishek) and owners are very humble & are very helpfull/cooperative. They will also help u exploring pokhara, like sightseeing ,bungee jumping, boating and many more activities if u like to do adventure.

Location is good. Everything is nearby, owner was welcoming and polite. Only issue is distance between bed and fan due to which cooling was not happening in the overall room

Terrible experience. The room was okay and the lake view was great, but the hotel staff were rude, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. At check-in, they demanded extra payment for AC, even though it was clearly included in my Agoda booking. I showed them proof multiple times, but they kept insisting on more money. One of the staff even made disrespectful remarks about Pakistanis, which was offensive and totally unacceptable. The way they treated me was insulting and frustrating. I shortened my stay because of their attitude, and even at checkout, they did not return the extra money they charged me in the name of commission to Agoda. At last, they did offer free AC and asked to extend my stay, but I wish they have done it in the beginning. They just didn't care. No professionalism, no respect, and no hospitality. I strongly do NOT recommend this place. Stay away.
