My Place

Where do I even start! Manolis and Sanja are the most fantastic hosts I have ever come across. The rooms at My Place in Kefalos are extremely comfortable, clean and modern. The proximity of the rooms to the My Place Restaraunt (where the hosts are located all day), means if you have any queries they are always able to help. While the accommodation was great value for money and everything we could have asked for - the hosts are what would make us return in a heartbeat. Especially as an LGBT couple, the hosts were extremely welcoming and the whole experience was made very personal and we loved their company. I would recommend My Place to absolutely anybody who is looking for a relaxing break. The pool is perfect and the beach is a 1 minute walk which is so ideal! The food is also outstanding, we ate at least once daily at the restaurant and never had any issues whatsoever. Can’t wait to return, and anybody travelling is in for a treat!

We had the privilege of staying in the beautiful apartment of MyPlace. Upon arrival, we were warmly and graciously welcomed by the owner, and that same hospitality and attentiveness remained present throughout our stay. Fresh linens, towels, and other amenities were regularly provided, and additional blankets were made available upon request. The apartment is equipped with a superb swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable sunbeds, which we could use free of charge. Additionally, the location offered convenient access to the nearby beach via a private pathway, which was a significant advantage. Both the location and the beach were truly exceptional—the beach was stunning, and the water was always pleasant. The on-site restaurant was also of high quality. We sampled a variety of dishes and cocktails, all of which were consistently well-prepared and delicious. The owners were always accessible and provided us with friendly and helpful service at all times. We are extremely satisfied with this accommodation and would highly recommend it to others.

Stayed on a room only basis. The room was fairly spacious, nicely laid out with a comfy king size? bed. Two night stands a large screen smart TV (usb, hdmi accessible) which had netflix etc apps on (you’d have to log into own accounts). Easy to screencast to from macbook. Aircon and a small safe available. The bathroom is gorgeous. The shower is powerful and always had plenty of hot water. The bathroom is wetroom style. Small balcony perfect for enjoying the morning sun and it has a sliding bug shield which means you can leave the door open without worrying about the mozzies! It’s attached to a busy bar restaurant but we didn’t get disturbed at all. Even during the day when the pool area was busy and people were chatting if the balcony door was closed it was pretty quiet. Felt like the owners couldn’t do enough for us and gave us a lovely warm welcome even at 1am! Will definitely book again.
