Not worth the money The place is not maintained at a level of neglect. The corridors have a strong unpleasant smell and the exterior walls of the building are filthy and peeling. The wallpaper inside the room is peeling, the floor was filthy when we arrived (my child's white socks turned black when he stepped on them) and a strong smell of sewage spread throughout the room. When we asked them to take care of it, the cleaner came and said she didn't smell anything. In addition, the air conditioners were very noisy and are located right outside the bedroom and the sofas are dirty and full of stains. There are no knives in the kitchen at all. We asked them to bring us and we received only one knife (the kind used to cut meat). Also, we didn't have a mop to wash the floor and had to buy our own (we didn't trust their cleaning service because of the condition the room was in when we arrived and we also saw how they clean the hallway with a dirty rag). The resort is located a few meters from a railway, but there is no noise isolation, so you can hear the loud movement of trains, especially at night. The only thing I liked was the water park, but that's not a good enough reason to come to a hotel of this level. Absolutely does not justify the price we paid.

Continuous stay does not include room service during the stay. Trash will not be collected and towels will not be changed.
