I give this hotel 5/5 stars. It’s small but very comfortable, very clean, luxury details (nice towels and robes, and Ritual toiletries), and very centrally located and walkable to everything in a safe area. However if I could, I’d give them an extra star for being helpful and professional. I booked my room initially for 3 days. Enjoyed my room and fell a little ill so I decided to extend my stay one more day to recover. I booked the extra day on a travel website’s app. A technical glitch on the app booked my extra day as a duplicate booking on the wrong day and I had booked and paid for 2 rooms on the same day. My Story Hotel, especially Fabio at the front desk, was so helpful and understanding (even at 4am!) while I waited for my travel website to slowly sort everything out. (Travel website was not helpful or efficient) and I was able to rest and relax. Stay here, because it’s a wonderful hotel, but learn from my mistake and make your booking directly through My Story’s website!
We enjoyed our stay at My Story Hotel Figueira. In my opinion, it has the perfect location for your first visit to Lisbon. Multiple public transportation options are just steps away and several nice restaurants as well. Our room had a nice view of the small street that opened up into the plaza. The bathroom was really nice with good water pressure. The breakfast was a good value if you booked it at least one day in advance (e15) Some days we were gone on an excursion early in morning, so day to day booking made sense for us. The only con was our room was a little small but not terrible. We would stay there again on our next visit for sure!
Great location in the city centre. Luggage was already delivered to our room when we came back to check in (our room wasn’t ready yet). Breakfast has everything you need. Fresh fruit, fresh orange juice, cakes, … It also has a very nice restaurant where you can eat pizzas. Great service as well. The hotel works with Rituals products, which is also very lovely. Overal we had a great stay.
