A peaceful, safe location. A big advantage is the availability of parking spaces right in front of the building. From leaving the apartment, walking to the metro station, and arriving at the Colosseum, it takes no more than 20 minutes. It's the perfect place to relax after an intense day of sightseeing in Rome, with fantastic communication with the owner.
It’s a residential building located in 5 minutes walk from Monti Tiburtini subway station which has a direct connection to Roma Termini and Colosseum. The price is reasonable for Rome. Although it’s good to know that this is just a regular apartment with 3 bedrooms, so there are other guests, but each room seems to have its own private bathroom. There is a shared kitchen and dining area where tea, coffee and some snacks are provided for breakfast. The hosts seem to take lots of efforts to maintain the place and make it comfortable, but still the facilities are very basic.
