As it connected to shopping and stay always good This hotel will be in my memory forever I go there to find my happiness and sadness
My Wife, my Son and I celebrated their birthday (their birthdays are close together in March) by vacationing at Makassar and we decided to stay at this hotel. Their staff offer pretty good services, but their food is pretty decent taste compare to their price, although their food offer considerably large portion and many choices. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner too. overall, they need slight improvement in their food department. Our hotel room offers great views and comfort vibes. Toilet is clean and they have a jacuzzi bathtub next to the bathing room (I forgot to use it LoL). My Son loved when we used the lift. He always excited when we went outside using lift. Parking lot is smaller compare to the other hotels. Other compartment such as Arrival Lobby, Main Lobby, and Restaurant were clean and luxury yet aesthetic designed. One of main reason why we decided to stay to this hotel is their direct access to Panakkukang Mall. We loved to hang out and spend times in the Mall because they have so many options in entertainment, shopping and of course great foods. Overall, we have a good experience stayed at this hotel. We stayed 5 days in this hotel and maybe we will consider to comeback someday to this hotel for their overall services and atmosphere.
I was really disappointed with the service at this hotel I thought it was the best choice when I was there 2 days ago it was not! I found many services that were so disappointing such as the first one - I had booked the room with the premier room type but I was given to a room type that did not match my order (different) and it was below the price of my order. Then secondly - When I booked the room, I had made several requests such as: the best view and also late check out at 3 pm. and it was on the day that I had to check out at 03.00 pm in the morning the receptionist called me 3 times to ask if this room was continued or not I had said using a language that was really almost the same as Makassar language I said that I had put a request that I would check out very late like 03.00 pm please check my booking again I have requested to see check out at 03.00 pm with the same expression I repeatedly expressed like that but the receptionist did not understand until finally the hotel staff contacted me again, via WhatsApp and he also informed that there was an additional chart to check out at 03.00 pm. 00 pm. afternoon with the same expression I repeatedly expressed like that but the receptionist did not understand until finally one of the staff from the hotel contacted me again, via WhatsApp and he also informed that there was an additional hour to check out for me it was not a problem because almost all hotels I also always stay in 5-star hotels abroad I understand that seeing late check out will be charged It's fine but the problem is that when I asked they called three times, if there is an additional fee I don't have a problem if there is a charge for late check out it's fine and I repeatedly said that but he didn't discuss the charge, so I thought this is not a problem.But it turned out that he did WhatsApp with me and explained that the check out time was like what and how much the fee had to be paid when seeing the check out which was actually okay only Three Hundred rupiah but the problem was that the communication was very unclear and I was very very disturbed why, because I was like a person who could not pay the charge, even though my suitcase was still in the room. surely I will go home and can still be communicated. And what's even worse is when I checked out and I gave proof of my deposit of 300,000 and I wanted to inform that the automatic withdrawal of my deposit of Rp. 300,000 yesterday. and what happened was that I was not given a receipt or information in writing that the money I deposited had been withdrawn as a late check out charge, so I felt like this was a scam!!! should provide proof of chek out in the form of paper or something like that but this is not at all. Then - and I was really surprised because I never found a 5-star hotel where the car park is really very difficult and very difficult to find. I really feel this is what kind of hotel design? How can this be normalized for guests in this hotel. I have to park in the hotel's connected building which is very far to the lobby or the hotel's connection floor. it's so bad!!! - and I found one of the officers where it was not housekeeping, but it was the officer in charge of the cleaning service special cleaning floor where the sound of the machine was very noisy very disturbing the peace of the residents who were in the hotel which should be everywhere I always find officers like this working in the morning like 5/6 in the morning or even at the hour where people are still resting. because this hotel the floor is not carpet. - Breakfast was far from good, including the westren food. In addition, the chef's staff was so noisy in conversation that the breakfast time was still running. - The entire staff is not very smiling, all of them have no greeting. The point of this is, please pay more attention to the staff management.
