Thanks to Eva and Ali. Great place to stay with a friendly service. Beach is 3 minutes away by car. Definitely rent a car otherwise it will be difficult to enjoy Mykonos if you stay here. Cheers!

Very pleasant experience. Beautiful Mykonian hotel, very clean and lovely staff. We stayed 4 nights and had all breakfasts at the hotel. The whole team was very welcoming and open. Jenny, the receptionist, our favorite, we communicate on whatsapp too, she took very good care of all our needs and spoiled us with her kindness, This hotel is much more affordable than the hotels in the city center but it lacks nothing. The pool is incredible! We were happy to return there every evening in our DeluxeRoom with our Italian shower!!!! It's important to note that the hotel is not located in the center of Mykonos but in Kalo Livadi. You ABSOLUTELY need to rent a car or quad bike if you stay at this hotel, and the roads are hell! The Mykonian bus doesn't go very far and cabs cost ~35-50€ per journey. Taxi’s hôtel from airport 50€. To conclude, the only negative points were the breakfast for us French ... it wasn't really that great, it was really cheap and the distance from the city center. It's really only 20 minutes from Little Venice. Value for money 8/10! If you like cats, you'll like this hotel even more.

My stay in Iros was the worst because of the receptionist's(Eva, I think) attitude. First, we accidentally locked our door with the key inside, not knowing it would lock automatically. There were no instructions. When we called reception, she was upset and disrespectful. Since no one was always at the reception, we had to wait outside for 30-40 minutes. When she arrived to open the door, I apologised, but she ignored me. She was just upset that she had to drive back to the hotel when this is her job to aid the guests if needed. The next day, we came back to the hotel at 11 PM after visiting the beaches and city center. We wanted to shower so bad, but the water was just trickling out. We waited until it came back but it stopped completely. We called reception at midnight, and again, she was mad and unapologetic, merely saying they’d try to fix it. I asked her to text or call back when this is fixed so we can shower, but we heard nothing. The water didn’t run until after 6-7AM, so we had to sleep with sand on our bodies.. And no updates were given. At breakfast, she didn't greet us until I said good morning. I asked if water outages were common, and she didn’t apologise for our inconvenience nor explained about this problem. Additionally, I received a check-in message stating the key would be in the lockbox. However, when I arrived, the key was stuck in the door, which is unsafe as anyone could have entered our room. The room was humid and damp, attracting many mosquitoes. I got over 20 bites in one night. The shower booth was dirty, with blonde hairs inside. I’ve traveled a lot, and this was my worst experience. I can overlook things like uncleanliness or bad food, but the receptionist's behavior was unacceptable. The other staff who cleaned and repaired were nice, but the receptionist's attitude overshadowed everything.
