1. Extremely noisy area. Garbage trucks are coming in 1:30 a.m.. Bikes, scooters 24/7. Echo is in this area so it's absolutely horrible. 2. Noise is coming from the lack of air conditioning in this apartment. Probably very gridy owner of the flat - no ventilator as well. Extremely hot in the flat even in night. Bad sleeping. 3. Old apartment, not renovated. Not cosy at all. 4. Mosquitos.
