Excellent hotel, we had made a reservation at one of their other hotels. Unfortunately they had a miscue and were forced to cancel our room. They immediately made arrangements and booked us a room at the Myo. They welcomed us and made us feel extremely comfortable. The hotel is at an excellent location. You are at a walking distance from approximately everything. The rooms are clean and the service was impeccable. We barely felt that there were other guests there. I would say skip the breakfast on the account that Prague is full of great coffee shops.
A hotel with a great location, right in the heart of the old city. In terms of room size - a family room made up of two bedrooms is perfect for a family of 4. The first reception guy who worked when we arrived was really nice and helped us with our luggage, helped with a late check-out (for a fee of course) and was generally nice and helpful. Disliked · The furniture in the room is very old, to the point that the bed in the master bedroom is falling apart. The carpet is very old and stained. The handle of the shower and the balcony both fell apart the first time I opened it. The guy at the front desk who worked the last day was rude and decided to teach me the manners. Reasonable breakfast, nothing more. The rating on the website definitely doesn't match reality. Long waiting times for them to refill of the missing food.
The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean. The service is poor, there is no reception in the evening, there is no management for the hotel. I got stuck in the middle of the night because the key didn't work and there was nothing to do, it took hours to find a solution. The hotel took no responsibility and provided no compensation
