For anyone looking to visit from now until November 2025, know that the 'paradies' hotel is currently under construction and any booking made there are instead for their sister hotel 'pension' down the road. Trying to save someone else from the same mistake as I did! Pensions is a lovely hotel though with lovely staff, 100% recommend!

This review is from an employee's perspective. If you are planning to work in this hotel, I do not recommend it. Probably the worst team I have ever experienced. The head waiter has a lot of chaos at work and makes mistakes that make the whole team suffer..the other waiters are aggressive, can't handle stress and also the eternally drunk cooks who just shout at the employees and create a very bad atmosphere at work. The boss behaves arrogantly. From a guest's perspective, this hotel may be okay...at first glance yes...but in reality there are a lot of tears and swearing behind it.. can't say anything good about this job.

Very bad hotel I have visited in all my life We booked 2 faysy on 4-star hotel but the booking is very bad hotel. We could not stay in the hotel we requested to return our money but the refuse. They told that 4-star hotel under construction and the hotel for same owner and the reception is only worker he can't and his boss refuse even to cancel second day. And we found better hotel with better price. This drama from owner and staff to make mistake from you
