Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant from the first minute to the last. The amenities were particularly impressive. The service was also almost always excellent. The style is very modern. We didn't like the sometimes very loud live music in the lobby/bar, as it made conversation difficult even in the restaurant, and the staff sometimes couldn't understand what was being said. The price and service offered are good, and the surrounding area is also very good.

This place is definitely worth the money. From the moment you pull up you know it's going to be a great stay. The views are spectacular. The lobby smells amazing and is beautifully decorated during the holidays. The staff are professional, accommodating, and delightful. Everyone greets you throughout the day and checks in to make sure all your needs are met. The breakfast buffet is scrumptious. There was a wide variety of healthy and fulfilling options. The rooms are well decorated and filled with pampering amenities. As a special treat, they even place wine and treats in your room as a welcome gift. The heated pool and spa area is relaxing and has incredible views. From check in to check out, you will feel like royalty. Highly recommend this one.

The location of the hotel is amazing. I received cleaning services everyday. Was left amazing treats and had unlimited water resupply. My issue with the room was: sink was leaking and jacuzzi was inoperable. My first night at the deck down stairs, I ordered food and was told I can only eat in the kitchen area. I was a bit sad about it but understandable. There is an amazing observation tower next to this hotel, but didnt have enough time to explore. Other than that, my weekend getaway and booking with this location was ok.
