I had the pleasure of staying at Mysore County Retreat, and it was nothing short of an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality, comfort, and attention to detail made it a memorable stay. The suite was absolutely beautiful! Spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities. The addition of a bathtub was a perfect touch for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, and the private balcony offered a peaceful retreat with stunning views of the surrounding greenery. The separate living room was perfect for unwinding or enjoying a meal in comfort. Every corner of the suite reflected quality and luxury. Service: The staff at Mysore County Retreat went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. They were welcoming, professional, and always available to help with any request. Beautiful hotel made in a beautiful place. Stayed two days and I have no words to express the service , rooms, facilities. We took the executive rooms. The hotel has swimming pool, gym and SPA as well. All the facilities for a perfect vacation. Loved the restaurant service MOSAIC, specially there staffs who were so welcoming and comforting as well as attentive all the time. Specially Angela, Momoi and sujal.

Not even a 3 star hotel. AC ducts seemed infested with germs. After sleeping through the night, 3 of us felt sick with some throat pain and slight fever. Typical symptoms of AC not being maintained. Poor maintainance. Room fittings squeek. Corners dirty, don't even dare to look under the bed. Take the exit stairs, you will see how dirty it is. The buffet area floor under tables needed cleaning. My daughter forgot her Dreame hair dryer at the hotel. After 2 days, they denied having found one, someone convinently took it. Even though it was our mistake, they should have had the courtesy to call and inform. Only positive we saw is, some of their staff were courteous. Front desk bumped us to a better room with a view. Please focus on maintainance
