MyTALE Creative Academy Hotel

Had an amazing stay at MyTALE! Perfect location - right near Cavour subway and short walk to Termini as well as walking distance to many key tourist sites. Also located on a quiet beautiful street that comes alive at night for gelato and spritz. Very spacious and quiet room with comfortable bed. First class breakfast service on the rooftop - Roman the breakfast manager was particularly friendly and made the best scrambled eggs! Thank you so much for a great stay! Hopefully we come back to Rome one day :)

We booked a hotel room. When we arrived, we were told that the apartment was not ready and that we could check in an hour later than what it says on Booking.com but we were able to leave our suitcase at reception. Then, we were told that we would be staying in an apartment a few minutes away. The apartment was nice and clean, and it was in a very nice location. The only thing it had no toiletries. For check out, we were told that it's at 10:00 ( on booking, it says 12:00), but they accommodated us with a later time. Overall, the experience was not bad, but it was not what I expected.

Scam accommodation with terrible service and disrespect to the client: I had a terrible experience at My Tale Classic Apartment Annex. The room we were given looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. Upon arrival, we were told the air conditioning was not working—which is unacceptable in warm weather and should have been disclosed beforehand. We immediately requested a refund so we could book a proper hotel, but instead were offered a poor alternative with a much lower rating (Navona Secret Stay Guest House) that had bad reviews for noise. Naturally, we declined. The manager (Andrea N.) was extremely rude, telling me to “just try sleeping one night without AC” and calling me difficult. We wasted half a day trying to resolve this, ruining a significant portion of our short stay in Rome. No refund was provided—not even a partial one—and we were left to book another hotel at the last minute at a much higher price. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I do not recommend this property to anyone. Completely unprofessional and misleading.
