Mövenpick Grand Hotel Wroclaw

Beautiful hotel located opposite the train station and close to the center. Great staff, very helpful. Lovely buffet breakfast, hot and cold, as well as omelets etc made to order. Nice large room and very comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom and great shower. Dinner was delicious too. Price was reasonable too. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved everything about my stay here. It’s right across from the main train station and a quick walk into old town. The room was stunning. So spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was perfect - great shower and toiletries. Stocked mini bar in the room as well as a nespresso machine. I could have just stayed in my room this whole trip. On top of all that - the staff were really, really lovely. If there was one minor negative - the housekeeping was a little let down. Rooms were perfectly clean. However - when the did my room they didn’t really make the bed just hastily pull the duvet up on a pile of pillows. And none of the used cups or tea was replaced. Not really sure what they did in my room when they did the housekeeping. Which is a shame as everything else about the hotel was 10/10.

Good new hotel opposite the main train station in Wroclaw. Super convenient- about a 20 min walk to the old town. Nice service all round and I had a room facing the inner courtyard which was quiet. Good, big shower and comfy bed. Mineral water (Still and Sparkling) were provided and replenished. There was a Nespresso maker in the room as well. I used the sauna/jacuzzi in the basement and it was nice to have. As an Accor member I got two free welcome drinks which I used in the bar and cafe. Friendly service and drinks were well served and chilled. I had a cake and a pinsa in the cafe and both were tasty. My only negatives wrre: the TV signal kept being interrupted when watching international channels, powdered creamer instead of milk or cream for the Nespresso maker, and the quality of the pillows - which were synthetic and low quality. Would stay again.
