We had a wonderful experience! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. As Accor members, we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade, which made the stay even more special. There was a small issue with our Accor points not being credited initially, but the team resolved it quickly and professionally within no time. Truly excellent service – highly recommended!
Enjoyed a stay of a few days here. Good location next to the ferry terminal, short walk from central station. Room was clean and spacious, service was warm and friendly. Breakfast was nice with many options!
Hotel was nice and clean however the beds were terribly uncomfortable. The mattress felt like sleeping on cardboard. However the worst part was I picked this hotel to be near the cruise port as I was sailing on celebrity. I asked at the front desk how to get to the ship as I am almost 70 years old, have a little difficulty walking, and was rolling my own bags. I was directed to the port to the left where the ships are. However , this is not where passengers are allowed to enter. I had been sent completely in the opposite direction out of my way which was about a five block walk, and had to walk all the way back to the hotel and passed it to the actual entrance to the port which is right next to the hotel. I went completely out of my way and was exhausted and could barely walk by time I got there. It was infuriating and totally unnecessary. It completely negated the reason for my staying at this hotel. The staff needs to be instructed on how to give proper information. If it weren't for that incident, my stay would not have been bad, other than the bed, and I would not give a bad review. I paid a good amount of money for the two nights I stayed just because I wanted to be near the port and be able to walk over, but as it turned out, I would have preferred to have stayed somewhere else and taken a car to the port in the end.
