We recently held a 3-day hackathon at the Monvenpick hotel, and I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding support we received throughout the event. A special thank you to the account manager Mr. Asil and to Mr. Kannan for the excellent coordination, flexibility, and constant support. Their quick responses truly made the experience seamless for our team. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Sampath, whose dedication and fast action on every request did not go unnoticed. His professionalism and willingness to help with a smile made a significant difference. Also, our appreciation to Mr. Mohamad Salah for his hard work and great service on ground. A heartfelt thank you to the incredible chefs for their exceptional work during our 3-day event. The restaurant, the coffee breaks and the final seated dinner.. every meal was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, with top flavor. The variety and quality truly exceeded our expectations and added a special touch to the entire experience. I’d also like to recognize Mr. Janak and Mr. Liaqat for their hard work and consistent support in the ballroom and reception area. They were always present, proactive, and made sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. Overall, the hospitality and teamwork of the staff played a big role in the success of our event. From start to finish, the room dining service was exceptional. I ordered a three-course dinner and was amazed by the quality—it truly felt like dining in a gourmet restaurant. The soup was flavorful, the main course (grilled salmon) was moist and well-seasoned, and the dessert was heavenly. What made the evening even more memorable was the service provided by Md Sohag. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and sincere hospitality were remarkable. He made me feel valued and taken care of, and his follow-up after the meal was a thoughtful touch. This is what true hospitality looks like.

I’ve stayed at Mövenpick a few times now, and each time has been exceptional. The restaurant has a wonderful ambiance and truly sets the mood, great food variety, and excellent quality. The service is beyond excellent; the staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay and a top-notch hospitality experience. Definitely a place worth coming back to!
