To Mövenpick Hotel and Management We stayed in room 5017 on the fifth floor. I have visited many countries and many hotels, but I have never felt the psychological comfort that I experienced in this beautiful hotel, with its lovely service and kind people. It was very important to me to see that the staff are treated fairly by management, because guests can feel this through their smiles, energy, and the love they show. This was the most beautiful hotel experience I have ever had. I highly recommend it in every aspect - the good and fair treatment made me feel as if I were at home, especially the room service from Maha, Ahmed, and Kawthar. The room was always tidy and clean with excellent service, always with a smile. The way the supervisor treats the staff is beautiful and respectful. This was very important to me - to see respect for the employees. This is the most beautiful thing I witnessed: justice and respect. I thank you for the 14 nights I spent at your magnificent hotel, and I will definitely return to the hotel in two months. I hope you maintain this good standard. All the best to you. I hope you preserve your care for your employees - they are the foundation. Thank you.
Rooms need an update already. This place used to be my favorite hotel in Beirut. Have been coming here for years. These days For the price, there are better options. they’ve kinda fell off. Service is still good but it’s nothing like it was a few years ago. Used to be top tier.
I stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel in Lebanon and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was extremely slow and disorganized. The staff seemed poorly trained and unprepared, which set a negative tone for the stay. On our second night, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and continued for nearly two hours. My kids woke up frightened and were unable to go back to sleep. We were all exhausted the next day, and shockingly, there was no proper communication or apology from the hotel management. The most frustrating part of our stay was the swimming pool area. It was overcrowded with summer camp children, making it feel more like a public pool than a five-star hotel. We couldn’t even find a sunbed to sit on, and the atmosphere was chaotic and far from relaxing. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. I will not be returning and do not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a true five-star experience.
