We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making our experience very pleasant. The head chef and Chef Reda were stood out for their professionalism and warm demeanor, and the variety and taste of food offered at both breakfast and dinner was impressive. Highly recommended for a relaxing 4-day family vacation!

The Hotel is located outside the city but 5 minutes from Mall of Egypt where everything is available there. It's quiet and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and room service is available around the clock. Staff are supportive and welcoming. We had half board reservation for 2 days. The room service staff Emad was outstanding. He helped us big time and cleaned up the rooms perfectly well. The food variety was nice for both breakfast and dinner. We had a birthday and an anniversary to celebrate and the staff were very helpful to arrange for cakes and decorations. My concern was the pool. The pool is huge and has aqua options for kids but no guard was seen on site and the water was not clear nor clean. When we raised our concern we were informed that they will increase the chlorine!!!! I was concerned about the infection from the way it looked. Overall it's a nice place to spend a weekend gateway at.
