I was looking to spend our anniversary at a 5 star hotel ,I chose a reputable brand such as mövenpick which has one of the highest standards. Today was our first day and We are here for 6 nights I opted to pay for a full sea view room, as you can see from the picture, it's not actually a full sea view due the wall ,rather a partial sea view. It was a waste of money to pay for the premium sea view room. We wanted to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset, which is quite difficult to do as it's so small, it's only suitable for 1 person. This was going to be one of the highlights of our stay. I have to say the staff are brilliant, the room was clean and due to my wife struggling to get in vand out of the bathtub they gave a room with a shower. I was happy they showed empathy towards her. Overall, i would say good but disappointed with the partial sea view when paid Extra. It's been 3 days i have to say it's a clean and professional establishment and I would recommend staying here. Thanks to the whole team. Hi just responding to your reply, thank you for taking the time to read my concerns , I would like to correct a few things, it was mentioned that i appreciated that you change our room which demonstrated understanding my wife's condition. Originally while booking i paid additional for the sea view ,instead of the partial sea view. At the time I raised this concern regarding the balcony and view your colleague stated all sea view rooms are the same and i was never given the option to upgrade to ambassador room for additional cost which I would of happily paid for. I just wanted to clear this misconception. I am compelled to change my opinion about this hotel after spending a week even with the issues at the beginning i would say my stay has been good especially thanks to the receptionist , I believe her name is zinab. I would certainly come back , the grounds are well maintained and the staff are even better always willing to help. Thank you

I took the day pass for the pool, I was surprise by it which is clearly not a 5 star hotel experience. First it was super hot so I’ve asked for a parasol but they didn’t have any left which is crazy based on the weather and the quality the hotel is supposed to be. Then the dj is playing music super loud, If I want to go in a beach club o wouldn’t have come here. I’ve ordered some food, fries were not home made, the burger was just decent. The whole experience is clearly not worth 70€, a real disappointment

First off just wanted to say I’m not the type of person that reviews hotels. But this place really deserves this! Stayed for 3 nights this April. Definitely not the five star hotel experience I expected. The check-in experience was good but once we got to the room, the problems started. I went to turn on the air-conditioning and it didn’t work. I questioned the front desk and they said they turn off the air conditioning during the winter and spring months. Again, not something you would expect from a five star hotel. But but not the end of the world. we slept with the balcony door open. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable and worn out. The television was ancient with terrible reception. Went to go take a shower and the shower fixture was leaking everywhere which explained the mold smell in the room. We then ordered almost €90 worth of food from room service. The food got there, and once we sat down to eat before we took a single bite the room service table they rolled into the room, collapsed, and all the food fell on the floor. Didn’t think too much of it. I thought they would obviously comp the food since the table Collapsing was not our fault. Then at check out they hit us with the room service bill. The lady at the reception was extremely rude and refused to wave the room service bill. When I requested to speak to the manager she said he was not in since it was a Sunday and there was nothing she could do. We ate nothing! Due to the table collapsing. The cleaning staff can attest to this. I ended up paying and not making a scene since it was the first hotel of a 30 day honeymoon trip and it would have definitely killed the vibe of the entire trip. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. It probably was a decent Hotel 15 years ago, but now it’s just a shell of what it one was. Dated and worn out rooms. Most definitely not a five star hotel experience. An Ibis budget would’ve been a better choice at a fifth the price. Stay away from this hotel!
