Mövenpick Hotel Geneva

I was traveling with work colleagues for business in Geneva. We all 3 enjoyed our stay and even decided to eat in the hotel restaurant, despite all the choices around the city. Marina checked us in. She was warm and attentive - even helped me find a lost item later. Lucia was knowledgeable and expertly made our reservations, accommodating a last minute date change with care and courtesy. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience, overall great hotel and stunning views from high quality gym. Rooms were comfy. Hotel restaurant was great, our server for all our meals, Tamara, was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. When we needed help, the front desk/reception was awesome in promptly providing assistance. But I wish there was a little more attention to details: Rooms could use more pillows, bathtub was slippery, not enough towels/cups/slippers for the amount of guests for our multi day stay, room was dusty. But when we asked for assistant the staff were more than happy to help. Thanks for a great experience!

Nice hotel with good location. Stayed only one night so didn't try any food there. The rooms are quite spacious but checking in and out was very slow. I didn't understand why it takes so much time to process the check in when our booking was clear and the payment was already made. I believe they should somehow revise their checkin and out process. The location of the hotel near the airport and the shuttle they offer is just perfect. Definitely not the place I would stay in if I am going for holiday but 100% the place you stay in if transiting in Geneva or going for a short business stay.
